Registry Cleaner Pro Review

The Registry Cleaner Pro, like you can infer from the name, is a registry cleaning program that helps keep your computer running at its optimal level. Even though using it in its trial form offers limited functions, if you purchase the complete program then it does offer some incentives that other similar programs do not.

There are wizards that can help you get started on using the program. While the interface isn't as simple as some programs, there are other aspects of it that are appealing. For one thing, you can schedule scans and repairs every single day, or on a weekly or even monthly basis if you so desire.

There is even a feature that offers real-time finding of errors. This means that when it is being ran, the instant that the program locates a registry error you will be alerted.

Another good function is the "undo" feature that lets you nullify any modifications to the registry that you might have made by mistake. Keep in mind, though, that it won't backup your registry before it removes any of the entries and this could be a problem.

If you use the custom-scan feature than you can pick what portions of the registry that you want the program to search. This includes the application info, shared dlls, and even the fonts. Still, you'll have to purchase the entire program if you want to get rid of ActiveX controls or file extensions. While your computer might run a little bit better with the free trial, it's not going to be completely repaired and sorted out.

Once the scan has been performed, you will have the option of viewing the errors and selecting the invalid entries that you want to get rid of.

The Registry Cleaner Pro program sells for $29.95 on most websites. While this might be a little higher than some, it's still considerably less than other programs that do the same thing. You can try using the free trial version to see how it stacks up against other programs that you might have used in the past. You can also run the scan to see exactly how many errors your registry uncovers. You might be surprised at the amount of errors that are unearthed and this alone will probably be the incentive to make you want to spend the money on the program.
